I have a 4 1/2 year old boy who has suddenly during the last 4 days become extremely thristy. He is urinating frequently which could be explained by the thirst but he is also fatiqued, very emotional and has dark circles under is eyes. He is also wetting the bed 2 or more times a night and until recently has never had this problem is toilet training. He has not had a fever or complained of any aches or pains. What could possibly be going on?

it could be a number of things, any fever, any unusal (fruity] smell to his beathe, loose stools, change in the color of the stools, how many hours does he sleep,do you find him sleeping more after meals?
