My son is taking Strattera 40MG and Nortriptyline HCL

My son is taking Strattera 40MG and Nortriptyline HCL 10mg
He is running 103.2 fever, I suspect it is a cold/flu so i picked up some theraflu, which he took and it reduce the fever, however, after waking up 5 hours later his fever went back up from 98.3 to 103. and he has some sort of rash from the neck down and going down both arms... Is this a reaction to the meds?
