My 5 month old daughter has been running a 103.5

My 5 month old daughter has been running a 103.5 degree temp, she has had 2 ear infections in the past 3 weeks. on 3/7/06, she was giving a shot of rosefrin and every since then she has been running a fever, and had real water, mustardity like stools, i am not sure what to do. she has only ate 3 times all day long.
