My 15 month old has been sick on and off for

My 15 month old has been sick on and off for about 3 months. She gets a temp of 103 and up then Tylenol breaks it then she is fine for a week or so, then she gets sick again. I have noticed that you can feel more of her ribs in her back, when before she was getting sick it was more muscle. Do you think this has anything to do with her being sick?
