I feel hot all the time. I've checked and I'm fever negative. I especially feel like I have a mild sun burn on my face, forearms, and on my thighs. This has been going on for about ten days now. I did have unptotected sex about a month ago with a woman. Could this be a symptom of an std or hiv?

There is the possibility you are having hot flashes. Yes, men get them. Visit here to read what is said about this. Once you are on this site you can search on "STD" to learn more about sexually transmitted diseases.

One last note - A moment is not worth a possible lifetime of problems over an illness that could have been prevented by using a condom. I hope you will do so going forward. Images available only to Customers.

Thank you. So, this is not a symptom of an STD? And yes, you are very right. I wouldn't normaly do such a thing but I spoke in great length with the other person about it first. At the time it seemed ok. Now it's the focus of everything for me. I really regrett it now becuase I have no experience with STD's or anything sexually transmitted.

You've learned a very important lesson. Read over on the Mayo site and you will become even more informed.

Asking for help was a very good move. Now learn how to forgive yourself and move on. Good job!

Barbara p.s. - Please accept my answer if I've helped. Thanks.
