my 2 year old is running a fever but the real problem is she has these sores or patches on her toung and her breath is unbearable. i dont know what to do, is it serious, should i go to the doc or is there another solution i can find my self..

Are the sores raised or indented?

Does she use any inhalers, or has she been on any medication?

How are her bowel movements?
