i have a lump on my hip, im not sure if tis a spider

i have a lump on my hip, im not sure if tis a spider bite. I notice it yesterday morning, i can't see two marks just one big one the size of a pencil lead. I tried the get something out of it today and it made it hurt even more. the lump is a big around as a baseball. I can feel tenderness all around it, and i am starting to feel the same feeling in my groind.
