My child who is 3 years old has had very little to nothing ...

My child who is 3 years old has had very little to nothing to eat. he refuses to eat but he'll drink juice and milk. He has had a fever for 2 days. He's had bowel movements and wet diapers. I'm was just wondering if I should worry about his healh or not.
