I started running a fever yesterday morning and by last night after a hot bath i felt like I was on fire and my feet felt like they had pins and needles in them and it was very hard to move. My joints were very stiff and my body felt heavy. I took benadryl and slept most of the day today even though I do feel some better it is still hard to move and I am felling hot and cold very easily and have no fever. Any suggestions on what I should do or who I should be talking to?
