My 5 year old daughter has been running a fever on and off for 2 days she say's she just doesn't feel good, NO vomiting, or diaraha, she complained tonight that her neck and belly hurt.....could these be symptoms of any type of menengitis?

Any sensitivity to light?

Does she say that her neck feels stiff?

Can she touch her chin to her chest?

Can she move her head from side to side?
