My son is 7 years old, and has recently been taken from me because of a custody battel, the father has all four of my children, because of lack of experience, as he was an absenty dad is failing hopelessly. After not seeing my 7 year old for almost 3 weeks, I saw him today, he has fever blisters thee on his mouth, one in his nose, and has a rash in the palms of his hand and under his feet. The look like tiny little mosquito bits. and appear very itchy, little bumps almost under the skin causing a little bump, red to a purpel color.

Please help.
