Why would my 8 yr old son have swollen lymph nodes under his arms? They are about half the size of a pecan. No, fever no bumps on his body. They have been this way for a while. He does have a second row of teeth on the bottom. Which will be fixed with surgery. His baby teeth will not fall out like they should. Could this be the reason?
