REPLIED Check Mark

Good afternoon,

Tell me if your husband
  1. ever showed this before,
  2. had discomfort/pain with the bolldy ejaculation
  3. how long it had been since his last, previous ejaculation,
  4. if he ever had a uninary tract infection,
  5. if he ever had a prostate problem.
Many questions, I know, but although I'm hoping for a simple solution and answer, I don't want to take the chance of overlooking something serious.

I'm very cautious and very careful and I have plenty of time for you.

There was no pain in the ejaculation, he's never experienced this before. No ejaculation in about 2 weeks. There's no previous signs of urinary tract infection. He's never had any prostate problem

Fine, those were the answers I was hoping to get.

At this point, watchful waiting is indicated. Sometimes we refer to it as "skillful neglect."

This may never occur again. Or it might a few more times. Or he may be about to show signs of an inflammation that needs treatment. Whichever of these it is, not to worry.

Yes, there is a very, very small chance of something serious, but there's no indication of that right now. There are no tests we could order that would tell us any more, so why waste money.

If he pops up with a fever and/or pain, then we'll know what to do. If that does not happen, then we'll know we did the right thing.

I'll be around on and off throughout the day. Write if you need me.
