toddler urinating problems

my 18th month old daugher just returned home from having an ultra sound done on her kidneys and bladder. She currently is on Bactroban. Symptoms: Severe redness around the vaginal opening, pushes below the belly botton and says "owee", is now crying when she has to go potty (she is potty trained), but now is becoming scared to go to the bathroom to pee. Grabs at her crouch area and says owee. We have tried Monistat, antibiotics and now bactroban and as of right now her results from the ultra sound have came back normal. A U/A was done last week and all was normal-no blood. There has not been blood or a swap of the area taken. She also now has a low grade fever which she did not have previous. What else can we do?
