how can you tell the difference in a bug bite and a spider bite?

i have a bite on my breast area and it itches and it has a red rash around it

i have put some blue star ointment on it but it hasn't helped any.

I am not sure that it is a bite. Last night I started to itch in the lower breast area. I then decovered a welp that looks like a bug bite. And today and tonite a small red rash has started to appear around the area. And it is a little swollen.

I have no bodyaches, besides a little headache and i have been very tired today. I just feel drained.
