On June 15th My period came on and when it flow

On June 15th My period came on and when it flow out its smell like someone toilet and it was dark like almost black, I had a fever running from 100.2 for a couple of days I use a heating for six to eight hours for it to come on. But the next day it was alright, should I be worry?
