i have a lump on the right side of my neck up by my jaw bone and ear lobe its been there for several months now in the last two weeks its been getting bigger and now the last couple days its been hurting and i have a fever and i cant hear great out of my right ear do you have any suggestions to what it could possibly be? thank you krystle
