I have a 5 year old daughter who had a rash I thought was allergic reaction. It went away but now she has a tempeture and a stiff neck she wont let us touch it.and im conserned I dont know what I should do just recently relocated to an other state and my husbands benefits have not started yet   THANKS A CONCERNED PARENT
