Do you smoke?

How long have you had the cough?

Any chest pain or tightness?

Any shortness of breath?

Any fever or bodyaches?

I do not smoke cigarettes, but occassionally smoke marijuana. I haven't really had a cough. No tightness in my chest, shortness of breath, or fever. I have had what i can only describe as a feeling like i have had a lump in my throat, and I have had that feeling for a couple days, and still do, but it is not painful so much as just annoying. In fact, maybe cough was the wrong word, it was more like i just went to clear my throat and these little chunks came up.

Any cold or flu symptoms lately?

Any blood mixed in with the phlegm?
