My 7 year old son had a fever of 103.7. I gave him childrens moltrin at night then in the morning. His fever came down to 100.6 but he had a red rash all over his body in his underwear area he had very small it looked like blisters. I called his doctor's office and the nurse said the rash resulted when he broke his fever
