My fiance had an allergic reaction to Welbutrin ...

My fiance had an allergic reaction to Welbutrin on Wednesday, he went to the ER and was given medication to get rid of the hives. He was O.K. until yesterday when he started running a temperature of 102. I took him to urgent care and they said he had the stomach flu and sent him home, he has had no vomiting or diarreah, could this be something else, he is still running a 100 degree fever and he can't sleep. I am not reallly sure what to do.
