My son is 4 1/2 and has had diharrea and a fever for 4 days. He saw the doctor and viral infection was diagnosed. How many days of diharrea are o.k. before we return to the doctor? The fever is gone now. He is drinking well, eating only a little, but still urinating fine. The diharrea is liquid and is still happening.

What is he eating, and when does the diarrhoea occur in relation to mealtimes?

Is anyyone else in the family affected?
