I had a rash under my chin and it turned into an infection i know because i had it be for they put me on anitbonies i have no money i go to the doctor what can i get for it it is real red an swallen anr itches real real bad I also have a fever also is this dangerious no way to see a doctor until tonight. can i get something over the counter . my age is 62 thank you please help.
