I Have a marble sized lump inside my earlobe. its hard and causes pain when touched. it seems to be getting larger. should i see a doctor

Yes, if it is getting larger you need to see a doctor. The area is infected if it is hurting like that.

Is it in your ear lobe or in your ear? If it is painful in either place, there is an infection. If it's your ear lobe, could be an infected piercing. If it's more inside your ear, it could be a zit. In any case, if it is growing and painful, it needs checked.

In my earlobe close to neck. Not from piercing. pain only when pressure is applied

Does it feel warm to the touch? Does it feel firm, the size of a bb or pea? Or is it soft/mushy? Attached to the skin or mobile under the skin?

warm to touch,firm, size of a pea, and attached. ive also noticed i have a fever 100 dont know if thats why ear is warm to touch. have had lump for over a month.

It's an inflamed lymph node. It does need checked by your health care practitioner. It means there's most likely an infection, which is causing the fever. It's just time to go in.
