Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,

He has had this temperature for 7 days? During this time has he been outside at all? Does he have any other symptoms, such as sore throat, earache, stomach upset? Besides the motrin and tylenol have you tried any other methods for fever? After he has taken the motrin and tylenol, how low does his fever get? Can you tell me what dosage you are using with the motrin and tylenol?
Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to get as much information as I can to answer your question.

Thank you,
