My daughter is 3 years old and she got sick with a fever ...

My daughter is 3 years old and she got sick with a fever and throw up today....when I got her home she throw up again and then went to bed....she has slept most of the time and the fever went away around 10 o'clock...It's now 1:20 am and she is up crying and the fever is back....Should I take her to the ER now instead of waiting til morning to see her regular doctor?
