My son is one month old and he's been having problems

My son is one month old and he's been having problems with congestion and at times it become difficult for him to breath. Me and mom keeps using the pump to take them out, but it has to be so often that now he get a mild bleed whenever we do so. What should I do? Is this symptoms of something serious?

How long has this congestion been going on? Has he ran any fever with this? Have you asked his pediatrician if their is some kind of decongestant you can give him?
