Feeling Sick lately

I have been feeling really bad lately. Went to the doctor's they said they think it is the shingles. I have a pain (constant) from back center going around left side to abdomen. My face is starting to now feel really hot. Blood pressure is good although diastolic is almost 80. It is normally in 60's. Stomach hurts too. My oldest daughter has some of the same symtoms too. Could anyone please push us in the right direction. I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. Thanks.

Hello,

It is possible that it is shingles. You may have mild fever this is why your face feels hot. Rarely people can also develop shingles around the ear going up to the scalp above the ear. Your diastolic is elevated possibly because of the pain. Your stomach pain may be due to stress. Your oldest daughter can come up with a chicken pox if she did not have one.

The only problem is I have no rash. And, now 2 more family members have it. I hope that my 8 month old doesn't get it. Everyone feels like a belt is around our chests. It hurts to even breathe.
