There is some concern, but the possibility of transmission of hepatitis or HIV is almost nothing.
Keep an eye on your health. Look for symptoms of fever, very dark urine (like dark honey), the whites of your eyes turn yellow, abdominal pain with fever or any of the above symptoms, diarrhea with any of the above symptoms, etc.
As far as the transmission of HIV infection, saliva will kill the germ if it is passed through a bandaid since there would be very little body material on it, and an HIV virus has to be in body fluid to pass it.
If you are still concerned, in six months ask for an HIV test (free in many areas) and a hepatitis test.
