My temples are sensitive to touch, and are swollen. I am not having headaches, just some dizziness and lightheaded. My vision has also been a little blurred at times. what could be causing this?

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 39

I don't know what to try- I'm very concerned because of the reaction i had to the medication Depakote, my Dr prescribed last week- I only took it one day- but the next day, I was sick - I have not took another pill-- I wondering if what I'm going through now - could be side effects.

Hi there! I just need a little more info!

Have you recently had a cold or been stuffy?

Are you dizzy all the time or just when getting up and then you're ok after a few minutes?

Do you have a fever or stiff neck?

Any other symptoms? If not, what makes you worry about these symptoms?

I have not had a cold, the dizziness seems to get worse when I get up, but I have been sitting most of the morning and still having dizziness, blurred vision, and my chest feels heavy- like shortness of breath(not constant-but when I move around alot) I have called my DR office today- talked with the nurse who advised me not to take the medicine until they get results from lab work last week- I do not plan to take the medicine again. I have a headache allday- more like pressure and all of this is worrying me because its just not normal for me.
