I am 60 years old and for the last two days I have been vomiting and running at 101 temperature. Today I feel real weak and I am having some chills. I have been taking aspirin about 650 mg for my fever and I also take fluid pills HCTZ for my blood pressure. You know I checked my blood pressure today and it is kinda low. I think it said 90/62 when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine for reflu. What is wrong with me and do you think that I need to call my doctor or can I wait this thing out?
