I have had a fever on off for 3 weeks, bronchical cough, and diagnosed with cold/virus. I now have a mass cyst like growth on the left side of my throat and cant sleep from the pain. What could this be?

Female, Age: 39, California

Already Tried:
Ambutoral, Qvar, Coilidal Silver, Lysine, Echinacia, and now Acyclover. 3 dr.s and 1 ER dr. all kaiser. Ent dr said she didnt see it and it is pretty big.

MD doc:I believe that you may be having enlargement of the cervical lymphnodes due to infection. This may hae been as a result of the viral infection that you are having,
MD doc:The best course of action would be to visit your physician
MD doc:In the meantime taking TYLENOL/ BRUFEN along with hot fomentation locally may help,
