I was fine last night, when i woke up to use the bathroom I threw up, hour later i took a shower and threww up again. I have chills and a slight fever on and off all day,body weakness and a slight headache ive been in bed most of the day with exception to use toilet. had 3 bowel movements but not diareah , my liquid intake 1/2 cup of water. 1/2 cup of 7up no food
