How long should I wait to take my 11 yo child to a

How long should I wait to take my 11 yo child to a hospital with a fever? He saw a Doctor 4 days agao and he still is running a fever of over 102.5. The Dr. diagnosed him with walking pneumonia and also with pink eye. He has currently been taking azithromycin for 4 days.
