Can you please provide a detailed history so as to answer you in a better way ...

Since how many days are you having these symptoms ?
Do you have any associated acid reflux ?Constipation ?Pain abdomen ?
Nausea or vomiting ?
What is your BP and Pulse ?
What is your age ?
Any associated fever ?

HAD IT ABOUT A MONTH
A LITTLES ACID NO CONSTIPATION A LITTLE PAIN
I FEEL SICK BUT HAVE NOT BEEN
BP IS A LITTLE LOW
I AM 58 YEARS
NO FEVER

Hi,

Low blood pressure can be a potential cause of light headedness .
Also acid reflux and gastritis can cause some pain especially in relation to food .
But with your history a routine general examination should be done and some basic test like blood sugar levels , CBC , serum electrolyte may be considered by your doctor.
Also some antacid may be prescribed to treat acid reflux as well.
