Hi
Is quite possible that what she is experincing id due to her gallblader.
Either a gallbladder inflamation or gall stones.
The most common symptoms are pain in the right upper area of your abdomen, nausea, fever and chills. Its is quite common that a patient may experiance pain in her upper back by the shoulder blade.
Another possibility is infectious diarrhea, but in this case she would most likely experience abdominal cramps in her lower abdomen.
It would be a good idea for her to see her physician so they can make sure its not her gallblader, For now you want to make sure she stays hydrated. she should avoid eating fatty food and drink plentty of fluids such as gatorade.
I hope she feels better...
I hope this helps. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to ask.
