right middle finger is swollen and has turned white

I am a white women at age of 44 and woke up this morning to my right middle finger to be cold swollen and purple and blue, at times it has turned green and white today. I am bipolar and take daily med's but nothing like this has ever happened. i also got bit by a spider last week, i not sure what this could be.

No the spider bite was on the fore arm and over a week ago.
