My sister has puffy cheeks and bumps on her skin (cheeks, arms, legs and back). The bumps started on her cheeks. They're not big... but more like goosebumps. They are not really red and hard to see but if I run my finger across them you can feel that they are there. Her cheeks are red and hot to the touch. Her eyes are also very puffy and swollen but her vision still fine. It's been about 24 hours since her cheeks started puffing and the bumps have been slowly showing up more and more in different places. What could it be?
