Hi, You may have Pinched nerve in your neck and bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. An MRi of the cervical spine and EMG , NCV tests to the arms can help to make a diagnosis. I suggest to you to see a health care provider. In the mean time you can take over- the- counter Advil tablet.
