It started off with pins/needles and numbness in my left ring finger and pinky 3 months ago.Now I have severe muscle loss in both my left hand and arm.My doctors dont know whats going on,can you help?

Nerve damage or impingement can create what you describe. I would hope that you have had an emg which is a nerve conduction study to see where the entrapment is occurring -shoulder or neck
