Hand/Foot Blister/Rash

I have a blister like rash that is on my palms, finger and feet that I get a few times a year. This week, I broke out with the worse case yet. The tiny grouping of blisters itch and if popped have a clear fluid. I am using a Corizone 10 cream but would like to know the name of the rash so I can prevent it from happening.
