Two weeks ago our cat got hold of my finger and managed to get a claw under my fingernail along the right side. As I pulled away I pulled a piece of skin out from under the nail. The flesh seems to be alive, is swallon and very sore. The nail is in tact with no discoloration. I have been putting Neosporin on it daily, but the wound will not heal.

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to treat this?
