why do my arms and hand ,fingers ache and burn ,sting,and get numb?

well ive been noticeing that my arms have been acheing me lately ,also i also notice that i can only hold them up for aout a minute then they get rally tired and weak,also i notice that my finger have also started to hurt and sting in my fingers and hand sometimes burning hurting kind of feeling fingertips hurt my hole hands seems to get numb for a while and cant do nothing with them like there paralzed.then the feeling is tingilingand burning like they where dip in hot water then puton ice .then start stinging moe .cant close my hand some times swollen.. petey.thanks
