Numbness and tingling
Sent to Health Experts November 30 09:38 AM

For about 3 weeks now I have had numbness and tingling on my right hand in my thumb, index finger, middle finger and ring finger, but none in my pinky. And mild soreness in my wrist. It's always tingling but not always numb. Sometimes just doing simple tasks causes pain in my wrist. What is this and how do I stop it?

Optional Information:
Male , Age: 22

Already Tried:
Nothing. A brace and B-6 vitamin were suggested, but I wanted to get a little more info on what this is.
