If the numbness and tingling involves the first 3 1/2 fingers , it is probably carpal tunnel syndrome. If numbness and tingling involves the half of the 4th finger and the 5th finger than it is probably ulnar tunnel syndrome. A pinced nerve in the neck may also needto be ruled out. I suggest to you to see a orthopedic surgeon. In the mean time you can take Tylenol tablet for the pain. For more information please check the links:
