My daughter was playing with another kid digging up worms, when the other kid did not realize that she was next to him and he turned over the rock and it fell onto to her finger. It is really hard, swollen and bruised. I've put ice on it and it does not seem to go down at all. Should i wait 24 hours before calling the doctor?
