Why do my toddlers hands move simultaneously?

Sent to Health Experts August 01 10:23 PM

My son is two years old. Since he started using both of his hands, they move at the same time. whenever he points with one hands the other hand does the same thing. Even something as simple as him picking up a penny with one hand the opposite hand will do the same thing even if the opposite hand is in a resting position. I have asked his doctors since his beginning stage of development, and they said it should have subsided by the age of 1.
