my left hand is bothering me it is my rd th and th fingers

My left hand is bothering me, it is my 3rd,4th,and 5th fingers that feel like they are numb, it has been this way for almost 3 weeks. sometimes when i wake up they are almost completely numb and i have to use hot water and massage them untell they start to hurt, then the numbness subsides for a while but they still tingle and have less feeling the hole day, is this cerious? please help my name is Cliff Anderson and my phone number is 626)379-5620
