I have read that regular sex helps relaxation; if I have sex twice or more a week will and why that help to improve my golf by making me more relaxed - and will playing relaxed golf make my sex life better?

You are right, frequent sex relaxes a person. This is because there is release of serotonins in the body. Various studies have proven that serotonins create feelings of satiety, which are evident after a good meal or good sex, bringing relaxation and relieving stress (read here... ). Playing successful golf requires a player to be more relaxed than when playing other sports like basketball, cricket etc. The relaxation and satiety after a good healthy sex life should help in improving your skills. On the other hand playing golf may or may not influence your sex life. It depends how you play golf. If you are playing it just as a relaxation pastime, then it might have a positive effect on your sex life. But if you play it in a competetive spirit, then it might not have a very positive role on your sex life.
