i just woke up with an extremely painful what looks like a mole on the inside of my upper left thigh i cant see it very well but its slightly discolored. its sore to the touch and i dont know where it came from. i tried to pop it thinking it was some sort of zit or something like that but it only bled a little and is very hard. it scares me cause ive never noticed it before. what could it be, a bug bite maybe or something worse. it just developed not 20 minutes ago it woke me when i guess i ran my hand across it. help! is it something i need immediate attention for?
